Purchaser Agrees and Warrants –
By accessing and/or by placing an order of purchase you hereby declare that you are legally entitled to access the www.srishtidigilife.com.my and validly place an order and that You have provided all necessary Legal Details for the shipment of the product to the destination specified by you in the Order.
You further declare that the Product will be acquired for personal use of the Consignee and/or Buyer. The Product will not be sold, resold, bartered or in any way disposed for profit.
Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd Warrants –
All items sold by Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd through its website, all the materials and products (including but not limited to software) and services, included on or otherwise made available to you through this site are provided by Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. We assure you that all products sold on www.srishtidigilife.com.my are brand new and 100% genuine. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse

Ownership
All items purchased from www.srishtidigilife.com.my are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Description
Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Payment
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:
• lack of authorization for any transaction/s,
• or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”,
• or any payment issues arising out of the transaction,
• or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
All payments made against the purchases/services on Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd by you shall be compulsorily in Malaysian Ringgit [RM] Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd does not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases.
Cancellation of order
Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd policy or for any other reason. However, Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order is intimated within reasonable time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SRISHTI DIGITAL LIFE SDN BHD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SRISHTI DIGITAL LIFE SDN BHD HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
All items sold by Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd are warranted solely by the manufactures. All items needing repair (other than IMP) should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service.
For IMP items only, Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd provides a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer’s warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer’s warranty or one (1) year, whichever is less. The warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items.
SrishtiDigital Life Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
Point of Sale
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd is presented solely for the purpose of sale in Malaysia. Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd makes no representation that materials in Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than Malaysia do so on their own initiative and Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/Countries other than Malaysia, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Products sold on Srishti Digital Life Sdn Bhd are not for people below aged 18, however any products available for children below age 18, can be bought by adults.
